North East LAC: who we are
The North East Local Area Committee (LAC) is a small team that works closely with residents, local services, and councillors to improve the community you live in.
The Local Area Committee consists of 12 elected members from the 4 electoral wards in North East Sheffield. This includes a Chair and a Deputy Chair who are elected by the Local Area Committee. Our Chair for the North East is Councillor Jayne Dunn, and our Deputy Chair is Councillor Talib Hussain for the 2025 to 2026 year.
