Central LAC: Who we are
The Central Local Area Committee (LAC) is a small team that works closely with residents, local services, and councillors to improve the community you live in.
The Local Area Committee consists of 12 elected members from the 4 electoral wards in Central Sheffield. This includes a Chair and a Deputy Chair who are elected by the Local Area Committee. Our Chair for the Central is Councillor Brian Holmshaw, and our Deputy Chair is Councillor Maleiki Haybe for the 2025 to 2026 year.
