Sunny Bank Nature Walk and Picnic

Recently, women from diverse backgrounds and their children connected with nature at Sunny Bank Nature Reserve in Broomhall for a nature walk and family picnic.

This event was organised by Central LAC in partnership with the City of Sanctuary and Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust. Over 150 locals joined as part of the initiative.

Inspired by the Unity in the Community feedback, this event aimed to help local women access green spaces and foster a sense of belonging.
